We know that YHVH's own laws prevents us to be judged for Adam's sin:
Deut. 24:16, "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin."
Rom. 5:12, "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned"
Hebrews 5:8-98 though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience (to YHVH) by the things which He suffered. 9 And having been perfected (by YHVH through obedience and suffering), He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.
1 Corinthians 15 (New King James Version)20 But now the Messiah is risen from the dead, and has become (the firstborn son upon resurrection not birth to Mary/Joseph) the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man (Adam) came death, by Man (Yahshua) also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in (one human) Adam all die, even so in (one human), the Messiah, all (the sons of YHWH) shall be made alive (begotten by YHWH as sons through resurrection). 23 But each one (of the sons of YHWH) in his own order (after Yahshua, the eldest son): The Messiah the firstfruits (first and of the sons to be resurrected), afterward those who are the the Messiah's at His coming (First Resurrection when the rest of the sons will be begotten).
Hebrews 5:8-98 though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience (to YHVH) by the things which He suffered. 9 And having been perfected (through obedience and suffering), He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him
And now, to all of us who follow in his footsteps in obedience to YHVH, we too are declared Righteous not by faith alone, but by a process of obedience and suffering through faith:
James 1:22
22 Do not merely listen to the word (The Torah, there was no NT), and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.
Romans 2:13
For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God's sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.
James 2
Faith and Deeds (works of the law). Faith alone does not save, nor does deeds alone. You must have both.
14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? 15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. 18 But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. 19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder. 20 You foolish person, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is uselessd]">[d]? 21 Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23 And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,”e]">[e] and he was called God’s friend. 24 You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone.
25 In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? 26 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.
Yahshua, as a mere man not God, laterally broke the "law of sin and death" and in doing so defeated the chains of death that hold us, all humanity, in bondage:
Romans 8:2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.
Hebrews 2:10-18
10 In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that YHVH, for whom and through whom everything exists, (YHVH) should make the pioneer of their salvation (Yahshua) perfect through what he suffered. 11 Both the one who makes people holy (YHVH) and those who are made holy (Yahshua and all his brother/sisters) are of the same family. So Yahshua is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.a]">[a] 12 He says,
“I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters; in the assembly I will sing your praises.”b]">[b] 13 And again, “I (Yahshua) will put my trust in him (YHVH).”c]">[c] And again he says, “Here am I, and the children YHVH has given me.”d]">[d]
14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity (he was human too) so that by his death (the death of a human not God) he, Yahshua, might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— 15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. 16 For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham’s descendants. 17 For this reason he (Yahshua) had to be made like them (he was made human just like I was),e]">[e] fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest (who are chosen from among men) in service to YHVH, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people (himself included). 18 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
Paul is teaching above the exact same message I am trying to convey. Since the children of YHVH are first born flesh and blood, the Messiah too had to be born flesh and blood too to atone for them. Because it takes the blood of a human to purchase human salvation and break the power of deathd. No where and I mean no where does it say it takes God to die to save us. For this reason, the Messiah HAD TO BE HUMAN not God or a demigod. He could not have been YHVH in the flesh. He had to be and was human.... fully human in EVERY WAY so says verse 17. In NO WAY was he divine accept that his body was filled with the Spirit of God upon being born again just like us.
Now, having proven himself as a human that could obey and withstand the temptation of his flesh... Yahshua was chosen by YHVH from among all mankind as High Priest to serve Him for eternity. Yahshua HAD to die not only for us but for himself. He had to make that sacrifice as human High Priest... you see below, Yahshua as High Priest is chosen from among men in vs. 3 "he is obligated to offer sacrifices for sins, as for the people, so also for himself". I get asked all the time "how could a man do all the work of salvation, it HAD TO BE GOD". That is not only not true, it is clearly stated that the Messiah had to be a human and the sacrifice at the cross for humanity had to come at the hands of a human high priest for the people and for himself.
Hebrews 5
The Perfect High Priest chosen from among men
1 For every high priest taken from among men is appointed on behalf of men in things pertaining to God, in order to offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins; 2 he can deal gently with the ignorant and misguided, since he himself also is beset with weakness; 3 and because of it he is obligated to offer sacrifices for sins, as for the people, so also for himself. 4 And no one takes the honor to himself, but receives it when he is called by God, even as Aaron was.
5 So also Yahshua did not glorify Himself so as to become a high priest, but He (YHVH) who said to Him"YOU ARE MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU";
6 just as He says also in another passage,
"YOU ARE A PRIEST FOREVER ACCORDING TO THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK."
7 In the days of His flesh (when he was but human), He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears to the One (God, YHVH, The Shema) able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His piety. 8 Although He was a Son, He learned obedience (to the ONE GOD) from the things which He suffered. 9 And having been made perfect (Yahshua was not born perfect being simply a man), He became (he was not always, he BECAME after his submission and death on Passover) to all those who obey Him (YHVH) the source of eternal salvation, 10 being designated by YHVH as a high priest (from among men verse 1) according to the order of Melchizedek. 11 Concerning him we have much to say, and it is hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
